this past weekend i attended a wonderful workshop with Ana Brandt. it was a great opportunity with fabulous models and i came away with tons of information, ideas and good images! now i can't wait to try these out on my own!

 

fall family mini sessions 2011

Here is the information about my fall mini sessions. packages are a little different this year so have a look at the details. there is no need to decide on the package you wish to get until after the session is complete. the leduc session will take place on saturday the 1st and the edmonton session on sunday the 2nd - locations to be announced.

upcoming "Paint" sessions!

last month my kids and i had a blast doing one of these sessions. it was quick, easy and produced some pretty fun pictures on an otherwise "blah" winter day.

As a result, I am going to run a few "paint" session next month for those who may be interested. Here is the low-down!

2010 Fall Family Mini Sessions

The dates and locations for this year's family mini sessions are below. This is a great opportunity to get family photos done in time for the holiday season. This year I will also be offering custom christmas cards as an optional add-on to your package. The sessions fill up quickly so email me at sandra@photosbysandra.ca if you are interested in signing up!

updates and add-ons

a quick update about the fall family mini sessions ... they are full for another year. the response was great and i thank all of you for getting in touch with me and being more than patient in waiting for my responses. so now all we do is wait ... and hope for more beautiful weather!

i did a shoot last week for Earth, Mom & Baby - a company started by one of my midwives, Noreen Walker, and her daughter Katherine. They offer some wonderful products for mom and baby and i was honoured that they asked me to help out. my baby boy even got to be a model for some of the shoot! Noreen's granddaughter was also a part of the shoot and she was a real beauty! here are some shots from the day and make sure you check out the website!

the last part of my post today is an add-on from the wedding on the weekend - i wanted to post a couple of shots with the little and not-so-little ones who were part of the wedding party - and whose mom introduced the couple to my work!

Fall sessions 2009

despite a slow start, I am starting to accept bookings for the fall season and return the emails in my inbox. oh, where does the time go!

i am offering the Fall Family Mini Sessions again this year and have added St. Albert as a new location. The Leduc session will take place at the Civic Centre, the Edmonton session at Hawrelak Park and the St. Albert session will be near St. Albert place.  

i will only be accepting a limited number of private sessions due to family and work commitments so i do encourage those families who are interested in getting photos done to take advantage of the mini session weekend. if you are interested, send me an email (sandra@photosbysandra.ca) with your location and time preference and i will get back to you as soon as possible.

i was invited to capture some shots from a bridal shower being hosted by a good friend of mine for her sister. the event was held at the historic rutherford house and was a beautifully organized afternoon!
