lacombe graduates '09

had an excellent shoot today with a group of graduates from Lacombe. they had their ceremony yesterday and all got together today for a formal portrait session. they were so easy to work with and made my job a breeze - not to mention that they were lookin' pretty good, too!

it was a cool and windy evening for our scheduled family session, but these guys did a great job keeping it quick and fun.

carson family - spring 09

we had this session originally scheduled for a couple weeks ago but had to postpone due to rain ... and today, we shot this session in the only hour of the day that it rained. crazy! but they were really good sports - even the little girls in their sun dresses! oh well, they did get ice cream from dad and mom got herself a pile of laundry ... sorry!!

jenni's maternity session

my dear friend jenni and her family are expecting baby number three in a few short weeks. i am very excited for them and equally excited to find out if it is boy #3 or girl #1!!! here they are looking so beautiful and happy.

 

wynne & derek

had a great day with this newlywed couple yesterday. their wedding day was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for better conditions - especially the slightly overcast skies that made shooting a breeze!

the bride's brother-in-law did a beautiful ceremony for the couple

the wedding car was a lovely vintage touch 

the wedding party was looking super sharp - and love this location (this is my second time shooting here)

and the couple looked pretty good, too!

the guests was entertained by the band Five on the Side - a band that includes two members from the wedding party and the groom.

baby tanner

well my little guy has sure started to get big. he will be 4 months old next week and he is about 15 lbs. he is a great baby and always has lots of smiles to share.
