we had a couple of great visits with our friends victor, leslie & little k this week and i was anxious to capture a few shots of their little beauty. here are a few from this morning's quick session!

these two were married in sunny mexico last month and had their reception today in chilly alberta. however, the weather did cooperate to the extent that we were able to shoot outside - even though the wedding party were clearly dressed for warmer temperatures!
such great details - my personal favourite was the candy favour table!

it was a bit of a struggle trying to find a backdrop with the brown, barren vegetation but the motorcycle was a nice accessory!
i loved the bouquet - and the most incredible thing about it is that ... it is the same one she had in mexico ... packed it home and all. how you ask?! the flowers are not real! trust me, it looks very believable - even feels real - amazing!

spring sessions
after much consideration, i have decided to extend my leave and will not be booking spring sessions at this time. i have found it too difficult to manage with my maternity leave benefits and am going to take advantage of the time off (and hopefully beautiful spring weather) instead! i will keep you posted when i am back at it!
