today was a much better day - a far cry from the gale force winds of yesterday! with just a skiff of snow on the ground and some cooler temperatures, we were able to do this family session and stay in one piece (and place!) check them out!!

boy - this was a windy session - so much so that after about 15 minutes we had to head indoors. fortunately, we were able to get a few shots in the short time we were outside!

shot a gorgeous wedding on a surprisingly beautiful fall day yesterday. the ceremony was outside at a cabin and was an amazing location. the weather cooperated too by being a little bit sunny to keep everyone warm and a little bit cloudy to keep the photographer happy!!

during this session it became evident to me that, photographically, fall is nearly over. it was a little windy, we suffered a bit of a rain delay and the leaves have fallen off most of the trees - that said, it was a glorious two weeks!
this family did a great job capturing the last fleeting moments of the "season"!
